Manufacturing: One of our clients is the top 2 global business and branding solutions provider which offers product branding and labeling, RFID and EAS, advanced inventory software and data management services, and product packaging design and engineering. The Group's business presence in over 30 countries, including sixteen subsidiaries with business in sixteen states of United States. Our firm, as the Group's USA subsidiaries' Auditor, cooperates with Big Four in Hong Kong, provides audit and tax service to all the Group's American (including Northern, Southern and Central) region business since 1997.

Hotel Acquisition and Operation: One of our clients is an investor group from China who has acquired Marriott hotels in aggregate of 2000 rooms in Southern California, Puerto Rico and couple of lands holds to be developed. The group's United States investment has been over $470 million. Our firm is the sole accounting and tax advisory of the Group in United States and support the Group with their acquisitions and operations.

Assisted Living Facilities: One of our clients invests in assisted living industry. The parent is a Hong Kong publicly traded company that owns diversified businesses globally. Our firm since 2011 cooperate with Big Four in Hong Kong, provides audit and tax services to their USA subsidiaries.

Real Estate Development: We have couple of clients in Real Estate Development industry. Some of the parents of such clients are China or Hong Kong publicly traded companies that owns diversified of development projects in China Mainland and Hong Kong. Our firm provides audit or review financial statements and tax services for such clients' entire USA business.

Software Developer and Consultants: We have clients in the software development and IT consulting, among them are the United States subsidiaries of a publicly traded company listed both on the NASDAQ and Shanghai Stock Exchange. Our firm provides accounting and tax services for such clients USA investment for about 13 years.

Wholesale distribution: We have many clients in the food, home improvement, building material, medical supplies, office equipment and plastics products distribution. Most of them are ranking within top 10 of their industry in San Francisco Bay Area. Our firm provides audit or review financial statements and tax service to such clients for over 18 years.
