A San Francisco based CPA firm, founded in 1986, provide assurance, accounting, tax, and consulting services to a diversified spectrum of local, out of states and international clients. We are committed to providing the highest quality services. We proved our commitment by periodically successfully completing independent system reviews of our accounting and auditing practice since 1998. The reviewer concluded that our firm complies with the stringent quality control standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and issued unqualified reports to us.

We well understand the needs of our clients. We keep our firm at a manageable size to ensure all our clients receive personal attention from the partners and customized services.

All partners and senior staff members are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, with some of them hold credentials in business valuation and financial forensic and are also members of the Financial Forensic Section, and Business Valuation Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
